02Where a future purchase is made
If a game becomes available through Google Play, Apple’s App Store or another authorised platform, the specific offer and your receipt identify the seller and billing provider. Their checkout and refund procedures may apply alongside mandatory law. We will identify our role and the relevant terms before any direct sale is introduced.
03Information before payment
Before a binding order, the relevant seller must disclose the content, total price including applicable taxes, currency, technical requirements, compatibility and interoperability, delivery, any duration or renewal, and the withdrawal rules. No subscription, recurring payment or additional paid item is created merely by visiting this website or contacting us.
04Digital delivery and purchases
A paid game, permanent upgrade and consumable virtual item can have different delivery and restoration rules. These must be shown in the relevant offer. In-game currency has no cash-out value unless the offer expressly and lawfully says otherwise. We do not promise that consumable items can be restored after use.
05Conformity, updates and remedies
Paid digital content must meet its contractual and applicable statutory requirements. Where required, the seller must provide necessary updates, including security updates, and remedies for failure to supply or lack of conformity. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to supply, correction, a price reduction or termination and reimbursement. A “no refunds” label does not override these rights.
06Withdrawal and complaints
Read our withdrawal and refunds notice for the 14-day rules and the specific conditions for immediate digital supply. If you believe a purchase has failed, send the game name, platform and order reference to info@mercanworks.com, without full card details. Statutory consumer rights and the law and dispute provisions in our terms remain unaffected.
